By using skillsadda.in, joining the early-access list or creating a SkillsAdda account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Educational purpose only

SkillsAdda provides education. Nothing on this website, and nothing we or our creators publish or teach, is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or derivative. Charts and examples are illustrative. Trading involves substantial risk of loss, and you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Beta and early access

SkillsAdda is in an invitation-only beta. Joining the early-access list is free and does not by itself create an account or a purchase. Creating an account is free; access to courses, tools and Discussion Rooms during the beta is given by invitation or with a paid plan, and features may be limited or changed. Features may change or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. Features, timelines and prices described on this website are plans and may change.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Provide accurate information and use an email address you control.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Do not share or transfer your account.

Subscriptions and payments

• Where a paid plan is offered, its price in Indian rupees is shown on the Subscription page before you pay. By paying you agree to these terms and to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• Plans are monthly subscriptions paid by AutoPay. When you subscribe you approve a recurring payment mandate, in your UPI app (UPI AutoPay) or with your card (card AutoPay), and you authorise us to charge the plan's price every month until you cancel. Each successful charge adds one month of access.
• You are notified before each charge. You can cancel at any time on the Subscription page, from the AutoPay settings in your UPI app, or through your card issuer. Cancelling stops all future charges; your access continues until the end of the month you have paid for.
• If a monthly charge fails, Razorpay may try again for a few days. If it still fails, the subscription stops and your access ends with your last paid month.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's checkout, in your UPI app or with your bank, and we do not receive or store them.
• Payments are non-refundable except as set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• We may change plan prices. A change never affects a month you have already paid for, and an existing AutoPay subscription keeps the price you approved unless you subscribe again.
• A plan is for your own use. If we suspend or close your account for breaking these terms, any remaining paid time is not refunded.

Trading journal, planner and tools

The trading journal, trade planner, calculators and charts are record-keeping and learning aids. Figures they show are calculated from what you enter and may be wrong if your entries are incomplete or incorrect. Market charts are provided by a third party (TradingView) and may be delayed or unavailable. Do not rely on these tools to place, size or manage real trades.

Community rules

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats or sexual content.
• Do not post trading tips, buy or sell calls, guaranteed-return claims, or offers to manage other people's money.
• No spam, advertising or solicitation.
• Do not post other people's personal information, or content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not post anything unlawful.

You can report a message from within a Discussion Room. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you create on SkillsAdda. Your trading journal and trade plans are private to you. For content you post in a Discussion Room, you give us permission to store it and show it to other learners who can open that room.

Creators

• To teach on SkillsAdda you must apply and be verified. You agree to give accurate information and genuine documents, and to keep your profile truthful.
• Every course is reviewed before it can be published. We may request changes, decline a course, or remove a published course.
• You keep ownership of your course content and give us permission to host it and make it available to SkillsAdda learners. You confirm that you have the right to use everything in it.
• Courses must be educational. They must not contain personalised investment advice or promises of returns.
• Creator earnings and payouts are not part of the beta. Any commercial terms will be agreed separately before they apply.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the website.
• Do not submit automated or bulk signups.
• Do not copy, download for redistribution, record or share course content, or share access to it with others.
• Do not try to bypass access controls, lesson order or completion requirements.

Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the service at risk. You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing contact@skillsadda.in.

Intellectual property

The SkillsAdda name, logo, design and our own content are owned by SkillsAdda. Course content belongs to its creators. You may not copy or reuse either without written permission from the owner.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is", and during the beta it may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, SkillsAdda is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content, including any trading loss.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
